When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, company name, email address, phone number, and the message you write. Providing this data is voluntary and requires your explicit consent.
We process your data solely to respond to your request and, if you ask for it, to carry out the assessment of your business processes. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We collect essential usage statistics to measure website and campaign performance. We use Google Analytics 4, which may collect information such as visited pages, referrer, device, browser, and main website interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies; data is processed in aggregate form for statistical purposes and we do not use it for personalized advertising.
We also continue to collect essential internal technical statistics (page visited, referrer, and browser language) to verify that the website works correctly.
Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months, unless a business relationship is established. Internal analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. Data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to the settings configured in the relevant Google Analytics account.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is stored on servers located within secure infrastructure under our control. A notification of your inquiry (containing the data you submitted) is delivered to us via Telegram's messaging API for the sole purpose of responding promptly.
